Metal Casting: Bronze casting was developed very early in the Shaang dynasty about 1800 b.c. It was a very important advancment in the history of the yellow river valley. It allowed them to create stonger weapons and stuctures.

The Compass: The earliest forms of the compass were just made of lodestones and an iron pin that looked like a spoon. The base of the "spoon" would point south and the front would point north.

Paper: Paper was an extraordinary discovery. The ability to write on something thta wasnt stone was a luxury for that time period. Paper in my opinion was the greastest discovery the chinese made.
